Charcuterie Letters & Numbers
Charcuterie Letters & Numbers are sure to add a “wow factor” to your event spread! Letters and numbers are available in 12”, 16” and 24” (letters only) in height, and include: a selection of gourmet cheeses, cured meats, farmers market fruits and seasonal accoutrements, jam or honey. Bamboo utensils are included for dipping and spreading, and a sleeve of crackers is served on the side.
Serving suggestions are as follows:
12” 3-4 people
16” 5-6 people
24” up to 10 people
Please note: Servings are suggested for ordering guidance only. Ingredients are seasonal, subject to change and based on availability.
I recommend consuming your order within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. Please keep your order refrigerated until ready to consume. It is safe to eat up until 4 hours at room temperature, after this time, it needs to be disposed of. Any food left at room temperature for longer than 2 hours should not be refrigerated again.
