Where are you located for pick up?

We are currently offering pick up in West Akron (2299 W Market St) at our upcoming brick and mortar location while we are under construction.

Do you deliver?

We no longer deliver.

How much notice do you require for an order?

Typically, we appreciate at least two weeks notice for each order.

Do you charge a rush fee for last-minute orders?
Yes. Orders placed within 10 days of the event date are subject to a 25% rush fee, and orders placed within 3–6 days are subject to a 50% rush fee.

Please note that rush fees are applied at our discretion — while we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, acceptance depends on our event schedule and product availability. Occasionally, we may choose to waive or adjust this fee as a courtesy.

Do boards include crackers?

Charcuterie and cheese platters include a package of crackers on the side. If you’d like additional crackers, our cracker board add-ons offer a wonderful selection of crackers and munchies to accompany your order.

How long will my order last?

While our boards are packaged to last up to one full week, we recommend consuming them within 24 hours for optimal freshness. We also recommend pulling the board out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the ingredients to come to room temperature. Once out of refrigeration, your board is safe to eat for up to 4 hours before the leftovers need to be thrown away. After two hours, any remaining items may be placed back into the refrigerator to enjoy another time.

What is your cancellation policy?

For orders placed online, we are happy to offer a full refund for any order cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to pick up. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be offered a store credit. For grazing experiences and catering, a non-refundable 50% booking deposit will be taken to hold your date. Contract cancellations will be discussed between caterer and client, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the caterer’s discretion.

Do you cater weddings?

We love to cater weddings and wedding-related events (bridal showers, wedding day bridal party prep, etc).

What about corporate events?

Yes! Our grazing tables are a show-stopping centerpiece for any business event. We also offer individual grazing boxes and customizable boxed lunch options.

What licensing do you carry?

We are fully licensed, insured and ServSafe certified and will soon be working out of our kitchen at Constance Fromagerie in Akron. We have been working from a shared prep kitchen space called Akron Food Works who is also licensed through Summit County.
